Windows Phone 8.1 Developer Preview Device Not responding?

Is anyone else facing this?

1.) Apps taking too long to resume when pressing and holding the back button
2.) Phone stops responding when I switch between apps
3.) Severe Battery drain from Cortana
4.) Severe lag in opening apps from the application list
5.) Storage sense app causing phone to stop responding altogether
6.) Wifi icon shows not connected even though the device is connected to a wifi
7.) Overall slowness while scrolling

Is it just me and my Lumia 1520?

I have the same issues with my 1520.
It keeps saying "resuming" when I unlock my phone.
please help.
