windows phone 8.1 hanging on just cortana on lumia 1520 ?

Hi there
My lumia 1520 is hanging just on cortana and can't load's it OS and any othere of start screen app's
Help me on this thread to fix it if it has any way
my supporter told me the way is just reset it's software
But if it has any other way I need to do it

Which 1520 variant? What Firmware (Cyan I assume)? OS version; Official 8.1 or are you on the Preview for Developers?

What country are you in? Any Region Change required to enable getting Cortana?
