Windows phone 8.1 no Cortana !!

So I've updated to Windows 8.1, but I did not get Cortana , any idea why !

Is your region set to US?

Only US region gets Cortana. So in settings change your regin to US, reboot and you will find Cortana.

Unfortunately it did not work , now I hate bill gates .

What has bill gates done? It world for everyone else... Did you do a hard reset? 8.1 saved your tiles and everything now

To get Cortana on your device you will have to play with few settings
? First of all, set region to US.
? Select your language as 'English(United States)' (if by chance you have any other languages in use, make sure that 'English(United States)' is on top of all.
? Then, go to settings go to 'Applications' part (Simply swipe right on settings screen) and select Cortana and make sure it is turned 'On'.

After all this you will get Cortana on your device

Thanks i managed to get Cortana by changing some settings , i did reset the hard first and it was horrible experience.
