Windows Phone 8.1 One Note files how to move them?

I have a Windows 8.1 phone I'm only using on my home network. I have an Andriod phone now for my current actual phone. On the Windows phone are a bunch of one note notes, that I want to move to my one drive so they are shared to my Andriod. On the windows phone, the notes appear in a folder called "misplaced sections". Problem is on the windows phone there doesn't appear to be any way to move the notes. The only option available is "delete". Anyone else have this problem ever?
