Windows Phone 8.1 - Upgrade like GDR2/3?

Hi All,

Apologies if this has been asked or covered before and I've somehow missed it!

What I would like to know if there has been any information about how Windows Phone 8.1 is going to be delivered? By that I mean are we looking at a large update file, ? la GDR2/3 and iOS7, or am I going to have to replace my Lumia 1020 to get it like I did with my Lumia 900?

All WP 8 devices will be upgradeable to 8.1, so yes it will be released like the current GDR updates
