Windows Phone app Mac

Hello guys.I installed the windows phone client on my Mac because I wanted to transfer some music on my lumia 620.The problem is,that it's incredibly slow.After 4 hours it had only transferred 500 songs.I changed port but the result was the same.The cable that I'm using is the one that came with the phone.Is there anything I can do?

Easy transfer relies on a web interface which isn't very pretty, also it seems to lack all support for anything but mp3 and windows media files. So for mac it's not much use.

I do however doubt you would see a huge increase in speed compared to using the provided USB cable.

How big in terms of GB are the song you want to transfer ?

I'v transfered a lot of media to both my Daughters Lumia 630 and my Lumia 930 with the Windows Phone App on mac and have had no real issue. It seems to sync as fast as Iphones does on itunes if not faster.
