I have a Samsung Ativ S Neo and an HTC 8XT, and love them both-- but I've been having an issue with the 8XT.
For some reason, no matter what I do, the 8XT will not connect to my Microsoft Account (it will connect to my Gmail though)--and therefore, I cannot download any apps. I had to factory reset it for another reason, and when I tried to download apps, that's when I noticed it-- that was in October. I used my friend's Samsung Galaxy Note 3 when it stopped working, couldn't stand Android, and just today got my Samsung Ativ S Neo- which logged into my Microsoft Account perfectly.
I want to clarify that the date and time are correct, I've hard reset the device numerous times, and there is no two-step password on my account, but it still says it "Can't Connect" to the Microsoft Account..
Any ideas?
