Windows Phone doing well in Latin America

I just saw an article that talked about the growth of WP in Latin America. I am currently in Mexico, and I can say that WP is gaining in popularity. Android is still the most common OS, but people are running to WP especially with the wide range of devices available at different price brackets. MSFT and in Nokia would do well to pay attention to that, they can be a serious force to reckon with, especially as an alternative to Android in markets including but not limited to high end.
