Windows Phone is losing it winning side: The affordable phone!

Last week there're a leak about the price of Lumia 950 and 950XL.
It's shock me that how Microsoft still on the high horse when their WP marketshare keep dropping.
Start with $500 and that may resonable enought, but they will start with $700!?
What do they have? Waterproof? Stylus? Dual/quad stereo speaker? Some new kind of touch? The new revolutionary camera?
Right now Windows Continuum is still a gimmick, Iris scanner isn't a something that you use everyday, and the 20MP pureview camera isn't a new thing anymore!

And now there're an annoucement about the Xiaomi Mii 4c which will start with $204: Xiaomi will sell a flagship Android phone for $204
With that price and that Snapdragon 808, even if that phone won't be fully optimized with Android, no one will care! It has 808!

I hope MS will announce the Lumia 850 with Snapdragon 808 or Atom x3 and start with $300 in Oct 6th.
Because that the first thing Microsoft need right now: The real affordable flagship.

(Lumia 830 could have succeeded if it has snapdragon 800.)

Continuum will not be used by many people. Maybe some business people will find it useful. But it is a practical feature. It is not a gimmick.

20MP Pureview Camera, although not something new, is still one of the best cameras for smartphone nowdays.

Nevertheless we still have not seen the actual phone. Is it worth the price? May be or may be not.

Continuum for phone is a great idea, but it's only the first gen, there will be a lot of things to improve. That's why I said it's a gimmick right now.
About business people, Win10 mobile isn't run full Office, activeX and desktop program, so it not really help much. The Atom cpu for mobile isn't good enough either. And the high end phone supposed to have a high end camera sensor, unless it have some more feature, then it not really matter compare to other high end phone.

I seriously hope that Microsoft have something secretly in their sleeve when they introduce the Lumia 950 and 950XL.
