windows phone music+video

[WPCentral Question]

I use Windows Phone, Nokia Lumia 620... Last 4, 5 days I can't open music+video, and store, I reset my phone, and again this problem, what's wrong? Help please

Are you running Dev preview? If not, I'm not an expert, but try to delete your Microsoft account and re enter it. Maybe there are conflicts with that. Another way to see what your problem your having, try to find something that would bring that app up, like a link to a game or something to try to open the store. Anyways hope this helps at least a little!
