Windows Phone Store down?

In the US with a Nokia 1520 and I am unable to access the store. Just get a message to try again later. Attempted on Wi-Fi and cell data. Anyone else seeing this?

I'm in UK with region set to US, tried to update Creative Studio but the download just sits at pending. I've got access to store, just nothing is downloading fit some reason

yeah I'm also having problems here In India. store update require a lot of retries to start, and gets cut mid-download...
