Windows Phone Store not Opening, how can I get it working?

Windows Phone Store not Opening

I am using Lumia 535. Windows store is not opening. Every time i try to open it, it shows "Can't Connect, Try again later."
Have already checked the date and time which is fine.
Please Help.

Can you restart your phone and try again?
