Windows Phone to Android

Any that can tell me how to transfer my Nokia 1520 pictures, documents and other data to a LG V60. Can't find any info on doing this transfer.

Save it all to OneDrive. There is a OneDrive app for Android. I use it to automatically archive my photos just as I did with my Windows phones.
