Windows Phone unlock code for MTN Cameroon?

When I insert the MTN SIM Card the below message appears on the Screen.
"The device is locked to a specific mobile operator. Contact your mobile operator for the unlock code".
Please kindly advise me on what to do, so as to use my Windows phone in Cameroon.

It says that your device cannot be used with any other telecom operator other than the one it has been in contract with. You need to contact telecom operator to which the phone belongs to and get it unlocked to use with other sim cards.
