Windows Phones will be in use by all 36,000 NYPD officers 'within weeks'

What began as a trial program in 2014 for the New York City Police Department to offer a few officers Windows Phones has now been expanded to the majority of cops on the force. The NYPD says that over 25,000 officers are now using the phones, and that all 36,000 of them will have such a device "within weeks".
