Windows Store Error 0x80073cf6

On build 14322. MS Lumia 950XL. Recently went to India and used a SIM card from the local telecom. Noticed a lot of updates available and tried to install them. Got the error message above. Thought it could be a country issue and did not update. Now back in the US and am still getting the same issue for all the apps. Anyone know how to fix this?

Try deleting all apps pending, and then a soft reset
