windows store problems

I have a Lumia 928. The problem I have is that my friend that also has Lumia 928 can get apps I can't like hungry shark evo, modern combat 5, assassins creed. So I want to know why I can't get the apps he can?

What exactly is the problem ? You are not able to find the game in the store, or when you click on install it gives you an error message ? Couple of times this happens due to an unstable internet connection. Are you and your friend both in the same region ? Kindly elaborate a little more mate.

I'm not able to find the apps in the store and my friend in I live in the same town and we are neighbors.

you may need a "parent" to make an account and drop all app restrictions for you, i know i had to, when I noticed NOVA 3 was suspiciously absent.
