Clicking on details it says: Upgrade to Windows 10 Home version 1510, 10586 waiting to download. Click on waiting ... and in addition to previous phrase you get the date of the attempted download 3/9/06 followed by the phrase install the next version of windows that isn't an active link.
I have read about the 44% problem from November but I do not have an SD card and I have plenty of room on my 6 year old HP desktop computer that I upgraded to windows 10 in place over windows 7 last August.
