windows10 has various faults ie touchpad unstable webpages freeze slow boot up

start menu does not function properly, windows explorer does not load it is not stable
have to close and restart. web pages disappear. I use a laptop to install, the whole system is unstable

Start menu problems have been possibly linked to 3rd party AV and/or Network metering.

Also, you may benefit from making sure your drivers are up to date...

Check the OEM Support site for your PC/lapgtop. Download new drivers if they can be found... Open Device Manager and expand the component category.

Disable the device and uninstall the drivers for it. Reboot. Run the driver install utility you downloaded from your OEM. Reboot, even if it does not advise you to...


Lastly you could back up files to an external drive and try a clean install.
