Get an add on Qi adapter pad. It plugs into the USB port and has a bit of ribbon cable which then fold over so the pad lies on the back of the phone. Cover with case and Qi on.
Check Amazon. Pay attention to port orientation for the correct fit. (smaller bit of port on top/bottom)
