Wireless printing Lumia 640 to Dell b1160w

My Lumia 640 sees the Dell printer in the list of wifi devices. I opened a word doc, selected "print" from the menu. Found a printer "DEL-------", which I guess is the Dell printer, connected and gave me a print dialogue. I hit "print" and get "Don't go anywhere. We're getting ready to print." Then nothing happens.

Your phone and your printer need to be on the same network. Is the Dell printer you're seeing a Wi-Fi Direct SSID? If so, you need to connect to it and then print.
