With Microsoft being Sued over the Lumia 950 and 950 xl are they giving up on Windows Phones?

Windows Central Question

So I went to the Microsoft store and I was planning on buying a new Microsoft Lumia 950 xl, only to find they are no longer available. I did a little digging and found out that Microsoft is being Sued for patent copyright in regards to the LED usage of the Lumia. Does this mean that it is truly the end for the Microsoft phones? if you have noticed any Windows 10 Mobile help now directs you from Microsoft to Bx2 where they help you there with all of your issues, so now Microsoft no longer directly helps you with Microsoft Windows 10 Mobile help. I am just wondering if the Windows phones are really going to die this time.

Looks like it.
