WM10 Cortana quiet hours - can't set during "busy" appointments?

On Windows Mobile 8.1 you can set Cortana to turn on quiet hours during an appointment that's marked "busy". I just upgraded my test phone to WM10 build 10581. The good news is that I now have Cortana. The bad news is that, although I can enable quiet hours for a certain time period each day (e.g. 23:00 until 8:00) the option to turn on quiet hours during "busy" appointments is missing.
