WMPU reports the android/Windows Phone thing is back

WMPU is reporting the android on Windows Phone (Project Astoria) is web page is back up again. Is this going to happen after all?

That the website disappeared was allegedly due to some "outage". IMHO neither its going away nor its coming back means anything at all.

Either way, lets hope Astoria stays gone.
