Won't the insider program in 512mb ram phones work?

I'm using lumia 630 and each time I try to update my phone to Windows 10, it's not working

No, official Windows 10 Mobile upgrade is available only for phones with at least 1 GB of RAM. I think I've read it somewhere that after anniversary update rollout 512 MB devices won't be able to upgrade to old .107 build too (before they could go to .107 but not further).
