Word of the Day Live tile issues

Has anyone who has the Dictionary Word of the Day pinned as a live tile noticed it not updating at all? It still had a wotd from 2 days ago and hasnt updated at all.
 
Usually means that the developers server is messing up. Urban Dictionary has frozen up, for a few days at a time, several times the past couple of months.
