I am trying to understand how each app and appdata is encrypted for apps installed on SD card.
is it possible to decrypt it or disable this mechanism by registry modification?

How some appdata from SD card can be recovered?
Looking for technical details. Is there any book on this subject?

Sounds like you reset your phone without turning off encryption.
Your phone, before the reset is the only way to turn this off. There is now no way to recover any data on the card
