WP 8.1 deleted native app, now can't get it back

Hi there.
I deleted some built in apps from my Lumia 630 that i didn't need. So i guess I deleted Touch app so now I can't disable the vibrations which is annoying.
I tried going to Store, but can't find the app.
I downloaded it manually and put it on SD card, but when I try to install it from my phone it is grey and it says it is already installed.
Went to store and my apps, but those are only apps that didn't came with the phone already
Anyone have any idea how to install it again?

Do you mean the touch settings from Nokia?

Install SysApp Pusher from Store. You will find the Touch app there, along with other native apps from Nokia.
