Did any one notice any improvemnt in camera quality after the update?

The camera is usually controlled by the firmware from the OEM so there probably isn't any changes.

while updating ma l720 to 8.1 the downloading session always fails like a charm
once i have downloaded 37% and suddenly it shows that can't download updates now & i again pressed check for updates after some time downloading has started but now it's 17%
i patiently download the updates again and again still it won't go up to 40%
what am i supposed to do?
i have slow broadband connection is it the problem?
please do help guys

I too reached upto 80-90% 2times , but my bad luck, downloading fails at that points, now m fed up of this update because i already tried it 30times...

To make sure download goes through,
Keep the screen on. If it goes off, wifi may have issues. So from settings, keep it on for max time.

Also, if internet speed is low, it may disconnect in between.
In case download is halted, dont worry about the % progress it shows, it will jump later on.

It will jump but not at that point where it fails, as i told u that i have reached upto 80-90% 2 times but after that if i redownload it, it jumps off to 17-18% and then again start downloading the whole update that's y m fed up of this update, so i thought not to give any more try to this, i live with 8.0 as it is.....

I did it successfully in one try. All went good with the update. It took me 5 hours to have 8.1 on my baby(NL620). But everything went smooth.

It's because of the slow internet connection... I've also experienced that kind of frustration..haha.. For now, I'm sticking with 8.0 until all the issues on 8.1 will be gone..
