WP10 Outlook App on 950XL acting weird

I have several email accounts in my Outlook app on my 950XL and every email on every account will not download. All the images are just a box that states that the image does not exist and I have to go to the web version of the email to see the images or use a different phone to see the email correctly.

I have checked all the settings and there are not any I can find that would restrict images from downloading.

Any ideas?

I have exactly the same issue but no idea why this is happening.
