Go to your contact, edit, click on the blank picture it will open up and ask to chose pictures from your phone, chose picture and save

Has anyone noticed that when your contact rings the image is slightly cropped on the right side, but in the contact it is as you made it?

Ok, All done guys, thanks. Does anyone know if the contact pictures I have now set-up on my phone will sync with the contacts in my Hotmail? At the moment they're still blank grey squares.

They don't sync with outlook.com
