WPC Forum Update

Greetings WPC Mod Team!

As per usual, another weekly MN forum update has come and gone with no mention of WPC. Hard to believe it's still happening.

You'll notice we had an announcement for the new Surface 2 and Surface Pro 2 this week. And we've added a couple of new forums for these devices. There have been some great threads and discussion already, with more to come no doubt. A few disruptive posts by some of the usual suspects along with some new ones, as to be expected. A great job by the mod and ambassador teams to contribute and keep things flowing in a good direction. Which could be why at almost any given time during the day we have almost twice the traffic of a certain iforum.

Sincere apologies... I do admit I miss things in my updates from time to time (from all sites), and lately I've missed a few key points on WPC. Again, my sincere apologies. I'll send out another note to the teams. The Surface 2 is a huge deal!

If I'm not mistaken, I believe you started a thread asking who was getting a new Surface.

Yep. Started the thread... created the forums too... I think part of the problem is I have 500 things going on at once... well, OK, maybe not 500

I was thinking maybe stmav should take over the WPC portion of the update. The first time I read the OP I had to do a double take on who wrote it. Then I thought maybe James had hacked Dave account...lol

Thanks for the clarification Mr community manager. In most cases you do us well so maybe we should cut you some slack on this one time.
