WPCentral app gives error "Can't get topics"

I just started getting this error today on my 920. After about 5 or 10 minutes of browsing I get an error message when trying to view any topic or forum category. I have to exit the app and reopen it.

"Error Getting Subscribed Topics"?

The past two days I have been getting that error message intermittently. It only happens when connecting to these WPCentral forums from the 920.
The error message also says "An error occurred whilst connecting to the WPCentral forums".
It's does not appear to be a signal strength issue as it happens sometimes even when I'm sitting right next to my router. It also happens periodically
when using either 4G or LTE with strong reception. It only happens when surfing WPCentral. I never get the error when browsing any other sites.

I've been running into this issue too, since yesterday. I, too, have to restart the app to proceed.

I don't have to restart. Just backing up one page then returning to the same thread usually works.

Hey guys, as Marcus says this is a server issue. But a little tip, i put something in the refresh button on the main forum page to re-authenticate you when you press it. If you ever have any problems try backing up to there and tapping refresh, will fix most problems
