Wpcentral live tile got corrupted

Suddenly, I don't know how but the live tile of wpcentral app got corrupted. The icon went to the bottom and the content got compressed to the left side. Has anyone else experienced this before?

If you have notification on...and the news feed updates while you are within the app... many a times the tile doesn't update with it ...all you have to do is open the app again from the tile...and exit...it will revert to normal...its a bug with the live count type tile..m sure Jay is on it to solve this problem....
