Additional Info: This phone operates on Windows 8.1, includes Cortana, etc. I am really impressed with the quality of the display on this phone - it looks like it is much higher resolution than it really is. With dual sims, you can have two different phone accounts active. For a relatively budget phone, I am generally pretty impressed with how it feels and operates. I like it in white also.
