Additional Info: Been using this for a few weeks now and love the phone, but I also have a Lumia 635 that I still owe money on for T-Mobile. Can't really justify having two phones right now. I didn't experience the touch sensitivity issues some have complained about - especially after upgrading the firmware and going to Preview For Developers.

It is actually a dual SIM phone and has microSIM slots x2. The OP had it on T-Mo and they now own MetroPCS so the SIM Metro hands out is actually for T-Mo towers. The Blu Win HD will have no problems getting H+ on Metro.
