Xbox Game Streaming already seems to be rolling out to more countries

In November Microsoft confirmed that Project XCloud and Xbox Game Streaming would roll out to more countries at the start of 2020, it looks like they're ahead of schedule.
In November Microsoft announced that it would be bringing the Project XCloud preview to more countries, including Canada, India, Japan, and Western Europe. It seems as though they might be ahead of schedule.
