There is an odd outage of XBOX Live in Ukraine.
Xbox API error code that is displayed on a console while you attempt to login is 0x80A40010 - Region is not authorized.
Xbox support are helpless and suggest weird stuff like resetting console or switching DNS on a console to some Iran DNS.
This problem also spreads on PC - you can buy games from Windows Store, but you will not able to play them if they have Xbox Live connection.
Xbox Live was working for years in Ukraine, and this is definitely some stupid technical issue, that Microsoft is unable to fix for already a week, although everything works just fine under VPN. This is dumb...
