Xbox movies

I keep getting an error message when trying to play anything out of the Xbox movies. Has anyone else had this problem? I have hit every possible movie app and website and everything plays great, yet Xbox movies pops an error.

I'm also getting an error screen, had it twice now, I was trying to play Avengers from the movies list .. instead got a strange error message.. Rebooting the Surface seems to fix it.

I've noticed that it happens when I play other media to my Surface, I use mobile.HD at the moment. Hopefully this gets fixed ASAP.
