Xbox Music issue

Prior to Windows Phone 8.1, I was able to setup my son's phone as one of the XBox Music devices under my own account. The app now only recognizes his windows account, which does not have XBox Music Pass associated with it. Anyone heard if any future update will allow the ability to login Music with a different account then what is on the phone?

We had waited for nothing, the update for Xbox music didn't do anything still terrible

Works fine for me, other than losing the ability to login with a different account. Everything else seems to work fine.
