Xbox music volume significantly lower than Spotify/system sounds.

I've been doing some switching back between Spotify and Xbox music on my phone and when listening through the headphone jack I found that Xbox music is significantly quieter than any other program. This is a new development, I didn't have the problem a month ago. Is this happening to anyone else?

On occasion, I find that music played through Xbox music on my phone gets stuck at a quiet volume and is unresponsive when I try to change the volume. This might happen once every two or three months. A soft reset will fix it right away.

To do a soft reset, hold volume down button and power button for about 15 seconds. Phone will restart.
