Xbox one fan noise

Got a used xbox one at gamestop and i dont know if the fan noise is normal or not

I think it's normal, as soon as it hits a certain temperature the fan kicks on, just the like the electric fans on a car. Coming from a Xbox 360 and having those RROD, i bought a USB fan from the 99¢ store and just placed it above the vent area on top of the Xbox one and have it as a back up to push the hot air away from the system.

From our first use of the Xbox One S we noticed that this console's fan does make a ticking noise. We noticed the same type of noise with the original Xbox One.
After hearing about more people being worried about the ticking noise that this newest Xbox creates we disasseble the console and take the entire fan apart to show the insides.
After looking at the fan motor, bearings and spring we found nothing to suggest that the ticking noise is something to be worried about. We've found that the fan is working as it should and there are no problems with it.

If the temperature is high, then the fan noise will be faster else its work normal.

My Xbox One S also acts like this under a bit of pressure. So I think it is normal.
