Xbox One random power ups

-Original Xbox One Day one console.

This is connected through a decent quality surge protector, no Kinect right now, no CEC enabled anymore, nothing near the power button or controllers, and yes I do technically have it set to do auto updates...

I will have no other devices on in the living room and we could be in the next room over and hear the console power on by itself. I've checked for updates and it's up to date, no game downloads running either. Not sure why, but it seems to power on rather often.

Some quick searching online has users making jokes about calling Ghostbusters, sure, but anyone else have this???

I am in the beta program, I also have a Scorpio One X in beta but does NOT have issues. same surge protector, same disabling of CEC, (though I turned it on to see if it affects anything), not the same. Neither console has an HDMI device on it's input either...

EDIT: they each have their own 2.5" HDD connected over USB, but since it's not a separate power cord I'm not sure this could be the cause. Again, the two consoles are near identical setups

Thoughts?

I have a standard XBox 1, with an external HDD connected. I sometimes get a random power on, but it isn't very frequent. Probably once every few months?

mine is almost every day, maybe every couple days.

Reset the OS perhaps?
