XBox One X + Thor Ragnarok 4K UltraHD BD = Issue

Was watching Thor: Ragnarok on a 4K BD and at around 1:54:54 the video stops, like it was paused, but the audio continues. I think it's the jump between chapter 14 and 15. Thought it was a bad disk, returned it for another, but same issue at same point. weird thing is, it only seems to happen if playing through normally, if i skip, fast forward or rewind, to the point, it plays through fine.

Anyone else seeing this issue? Hoping someone else out there can test and let me know if they are having an issue?

Not sure if it's a BD issue or a hardware/software issue on the Xbox One X?

Yes. Have the exact same issue. I’m glad I found this or I would’ve wasted a trip returning it. Any word since you posted this?

I used the Xbox feedback app to send feedback, but have not received any kind of response.

It could be that it is switching from one layer to the next. I would imagine dual layer bluray discs work the same as dvd.
