xbox services

how can we stop xbox services after 8.1 ..i mean in games and music we had an option to stop xbox services when we dont need them now i cant find that option

i searched the whole device for an option and didnt find one ..
im really annoyed after 8.1 they removed the gallery background imag option and now we are forced with xbox services all time .
