Ever since April when I got the 8.1 beta, when I download one of my videos in my collection so I can watch offline, the audio doesn't work right. There is background sound but thats it, I can't hear the people talk. I've been waiting to see if one of the updates would fix it but no luck. And I have tried to delete the movie and redownload it several times.
