The concept, specs and design of the Xperia are Sony Ericcson So i would say it is a Sony Ericcson device that was outsourced for manufacture to HTC a great decision for thay are innovators and have a lot experience with WM. And finally Xperia is distributed and marketed by Sony Ericcson.

The iPhone is an Apple concept that was manufactured in China. i don't hear anyone saying the iPhone is Chinese.
