yellow edge around all of the screen

i cant answe phone calls read texts or even put my password in, phone screen is on and working i just cant do anything with it ???help

You need to read about phone settings and what they do before you start sliding switches. Now you don't understand what is going on the why you can't get to your phone. You turned on the narrator
