Yellow tint might be a software problem instead of firmware

I know some of you have noticed a yellow tint in your photos using Camera App, Nokia Camera App, etc. This week Microsoft Research updated their Blink App (which is awesome!) and I noticed this App doesn't have this problem at all, colors are great and picture quality is fine (thinking about using it always with "still mode"). I would like to know what is the actual problem in the algorithm in other apps, and whats need to be done in order to fix it.

Btw, I'm using Lumia 925 with WP8.1 Update DP. Try yourselves to see what I mean.
