Yet another reason to love Nokia

I've been having dramas with my Lumia 920 the past month or so (various sensors playing up etc.). I went into my carrier's store where I picked up my device 21 months ago to see whether I could do anything about it. They checked their computers and said that Nokia Australia has a "forward ship" policy on the 920; essentially they will ship out a replacement immediately and when the replacement arrives I send them mine.

I don't think I could have hoped for a better scenario! Definitely sways me toward wanting to stick with another Lumia when my contract is up...

Oops sorry, only just saw your reply haha. I'm in Australia with Telstra. But I only had a very basic warranty with them. It was Nokia that had the excellent service from what I understand :D
